Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times below are counted from the date of shipment:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 8–15 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 8–15 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 7–15 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- 🇪🇺 Rest of Europe: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
- Contact your local post office or customs office, as packages are sometimes held there.
- Contact us if the issue remains unresolved after 30 days from the shipping date.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
